The check-in is between 12:00 and 16:00. If you arrive earlier or later, please let our team know so that we can assist you if needed!
The last day is all about goodbye hugs and check-out. Is your flight at night or really early in the morning? No worries – we will make sure you are at the airport on time!

Cancel between 50 - 30 days prior the trip - 35 % cancellation costs about the travel sum
Cancel between 15 – 30 days prior to the trip – a full travel credit will be issued to you that you can use within a 2-year period
Cancel within 0-14 days of the trip – non refundable

Up to 55 days before departure = 30% cancellation costs about the travel sum
Up to 36-55 days before departure = 50% cancellation costs about the travel sum
Up to 22 - 35% before departure = 70 % cancellation costs about the travel sum
Up to 11-21 days before departure = 90% cancellation costs about the travel sum
Up to 0-10 days before departure = 100 % cancellation costs about the travel sum
