  • Yes. We have an extremely flexible booking policy.

    Booking policy workations / retreats / community travel experiences

    • Cancel until 50 days prior to the trip – fully refunded (you don’t lose any money)

    • Cancel between 50 - 30 days prior the trip - 35 % cancellation costs about the travel sum

    • Cancel between 15 – 30 days prior to the trip – a full travel credit will be issued to you that you can use within a 2-year period

    • Cancel within 0-14 days of the trip – non refundable

    • Up to 55 days before departure = 30% cancellation costs about the travel sum

    • Up to 36-55 days before departure = 50% cancellation costs about the travel sum

    • Up to 22 - 35% before departure = 70 % cancellation costs about the travel sum

    • Up to 11-21 days before departure = 90% cancellation costs about the travel sum

    • Up to 0-10 days before departure = 100 % cancellation costs about the travel sum

  • We provide beautiful accommodations, reliable Wi-Fi, local experiences, excursions, and transportation within the destination.

    Depending on the specific retreat or trip, usually breakfasts and/or dinners are included.

  • During a workation, the costs you incur are an investment in yourself and your company, making them business-related expenses. At our company, we provide a range of services, including accommodation, co-working spaces, workshops, and more, all of which can be declared as business costs. However, we always recommend that you double-check with your accountant to ensure that you're following the proper guidelines and regulations.

    During an Athlete Retreat, the expenses you incur are an investment in yourself and your athletic career, making them potentially deductible as business expenses. At our retreat, we offer a range of services, including lodging, training facilities, coaching sessions and more, all of which may qualify as deductible expenses. However, it's essential to consult with your tax professional to ensure that you're following the proper guidelines and regulations

  • To give everyone the freedom to travel from their own destination when they are able to most easily we do not offer flights. We can however offer tips & tricks to make booking flights as easy and cheap as possible.

  • We will work together with local and international experts, that will be invited to each retreat/trip. Each couch/expert will share their expertise in their own ways.
