In this interactive mastermind, you step away from the consulting room to talk openly with fellow dermatologists about the real-life side of running a practice.
Together we’ll share experiences and solutions around managing your team, dealing with long waiting lists and navigating recent changes in reimbursement and regulations, so you leave with fresh ideas you can apply immediately back home.
Presenting clinical cases
Each doctor briefly shares a real patient case, walks through their diagnostic and treatment choices, and opens it up for questions and discussion with the others, learning directly from each other’s approaches.
Skill sharing
Attend lectures from others in the group while sharing your own expertise with the rest of the participants.
Co-working or
implementing moments
Catch up with the essentials in your business or take some time to already implement what you’ve been learning during this retreat.

4 nights, 5 days in a luxury private riad
in the heart of the medina.
Riad will be confirmed after we know the amount of participants (12 persons max)

All breakfasts, lunches and dinners are included, featuring multiple restaurant visits and a private chef at the riad.
*Dinners are covered up to a budget of €50 per person; any additional food or drinks chosen beyond this amount will be charged separately.

Yes, we have a balanced schedule between business, leisure and time to do what has to be done.
Each day, you'll have a few hours of free time. This is your opportunity to catch up on work if needed, deepen the connections or explore the destination.
We notice participants get the most out of this experience when they can minimize work-related concerns. This allows for more immersion to work ON your business instead of IN it. -
we work with entrepreneurs who are obsessed with the problems they’re solving, who understand the importance of quality in their network over volume, and love challenging themselves both mentally and physically.

To give everyone the freedom to travel from their own destination when they are able to most easily we do not offer flights. We can however offer tips & tricks to make booking flights as easy and cheap as possible.

Because we keep this private experience intentionally small and personalised, we work with the following cancellation policy to protect both the integrity of the trip and the investment of all participants. This policy applies to all Viomati Co private events.
The initial deposit of €850 is non-refundable. It may be transferred once to another Viomati Co event, at our discretion, if requested at least 60 days before departure.
If you cancel more than 90 days before the event start date, any amount paid above the non-refundable deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel between 90 and 61 days before the event start date, 50% of the total event fee (including the deposit) will be charged.
If you cancel between 60 and 31 days before the event start date, 75% of the total event fee will be charged.
If you cancel 30 days or less before the event start date, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total event fee is non-refundable.
By proceeding with your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions and understand that cancellations can significantly impact the viability of a small, curated event. -
